My friends and I have been talking about "the past" these past two days and so I decided to write about it. There is a song that echoes in my head called "The Past" by Ray Parker Jr. with lyrics that goes like this: "I was wrong when I hurt you But did you have to hurt me too Did you think revenge will make it better? I don't care about the past I just want our love to last There's a way to bring us back together" Now let me dissect this stanza. Boy, how I wish a certain someone would have said this line to me.
